Holy Week Schedule 2023

Monday – Wednesday 3rd – 5th April

Daily Masses will be celebrated at 10.00.

 

Holy Thursday: April 6th

There will be no morning Mass on Holy Thursday. Mass of the Lord’s Supper will be at 19.30 in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Newmarket on Fergus. Following this Mass there will be Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament in  the Day Chapel until 21.30.

 

Good Friday: April 7th

Ceremonies of the Passion of Christ will be celebrated at 15.00 in Our Lady of the Rosary Church.

The Stations of the Cross will be prayed at 19.30 in St Conaire’s Church, Carrigerry.

 

Holy Saturday:

Morning Prayer for Holy Saturday will be prayed at 10.00 in Our Lady of the Rosary Day Chapel.

The Easter Vigil Mass will take place in Our Lady of the Rosary Church at 21.00

 

Easter Sunday Masses: 9th April

09.00 Easter Sunday in Carrigerry

10.00 Easter Sunday in Wells

11.00 Easter Sunday in Newmarket

 

Confessions

Fr. Michael will be available to hear confessions before Mass on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings of Holy Week. He will also be available on Monday the 3rd of April from 19.00-20.00 in Our Lady of the Rosary Day Chapel and on Tuesday the 4th in The Wells Church from 19.00-20.00.
